1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

- Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of delivery.

- We do not accept returns on used or opened skincare products for hygiene and safety reasons.

- Gift cards and final sale items are non-refundable.
2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

- Contact Us: Email: hellonaturesreach.co with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

- Approval: Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

- Ship the Item: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

- Processing: Refunds/exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.
3. Refunds

- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

- Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
4. Exchanges

- If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost.

- If you want a different product, we will issue a store credit or exchange upon return of the original item.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as needed.
6. Cancellations & Order Changes

- Orders can only be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placing them. After that, they are processed for shipping.
